[PDF] Wavlink WL-WN578R2 User Manual – German & English language

Wavlink WL-WN578R2 is a 300Mbps WiFi Range Extender which also performs as a WiFi repeater and router. Like most of the repeaters, it has two antennas for providing the maximum coverage. If your home router has not enough WiFi coverage at every corner, you don’t have to purchase a new router instead, try this repeater which also performs as a WiFi router and WiFi extender.

There is an ethernet port at the backside of the device which allows you to send data through ethernet cable if necessary. Switched on the side allows you to choose the desired more whether Access Point, Repeater or Router easily. Unlike other dedicated routers, range extenders have powerful signals which definitely provide more signal range.

The software part is designed so that, anyone has a little knowledge can configure without any issues. At the time of connection, you will be asked to connect with the existing WiFi by providing its password. Once you give the right password, this device will act as its extender/repeater. But if you want to use it as a router, you should know your broadband details and little configuration skills.
